A close person has a terminal diagnosis

A family does not know how to explain what's happening

What happens next
We aim to acknowledge referrals within two working days. Our team will review the information, get in touch with the family, and talk through what support might help.
We know referrals can come at an incredibly difficult time. Please give as much information as you can, but do not worry about having everything perfect.
